Iredell County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no government, Sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other services regulated by the FCRA. We provide directions to Iredell County and North Carolina records resources. We are not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.


The Site’s Limited Role

This is a private reference website, not a government office. It does not hold official jail, release, court, or NCDAC records. We cannot verify a person’s custody status, cause a release, file a public-record request, or submit a court document for you.

The guides point readers to Iredell County Sheriff resources, records available under North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 132, state correctional systems, and third-party research tools. The office that created a record remains its custodian.


Conditions of Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site in a lawful and responsible way. In particular, you must not:

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited

Iredell County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither we nor our advertising partners provides screening services. You agree not to use information found here for:

  • A decision to hire, fire, or retain a worker.
  • Tenant selection or any housing decision.
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
  • Any other purpose governed by the FCRA.
